KiT Albums have a variety of guidelines and policies to help maintain a healthy content consumption culture. Any producer who releases a KiT Album should take the time to review it. The producer is responsible for producing and taking action according to these rules.
Works released through KiT Albums must meet the following requirements before release.
Policies on copyright and pornography.
A policy on copyright policy
You have to upload only the content you have created or licensed to use (music, video, artwork, photos, etc.). Otherwise, copyright violations may be established.
If you use other people's content in the KiT Album, the copyright owner can submit a request to stop posting. If this request is valid, the album may be released and discontinued from the KiT Album.
Alternatively, if you upload content containing copyrighted materials, a party who owns the music, movies, TV programs, video games, or other copyrighted materials may claim content ownership. If an ownership claim is filed, it may lead to suspension of posting or loss of profits according to the measures designated by the copyright owner (however, the ownership claim that you think is wrong can be refuted).
Policy on pornography
For videos that have not violated the policy but are inappropriate for some viewers, the KiT Album Review Team may apply an age limit to album purchases. Factors influencing the application of age restrictions are as follows.
A vulgar language
Violent and hateful image
Excessive exposure and sensational content
Describe harmful or dangerous behaviors
Policies on profit and settlement
In order for KiT Album Producers to make profits from the release and sale of kit albums, they must meet the following requirements
Producer approved by KiT Producer Team.
An album officially sold on a normal platform (kit album store, etc.) through an album approved by the kit producer.
If all of the above requirements are not met, there may be restrictions on profit generation.
If the release of the KiT Album has been approved and is in progress, the release producer cannot arbitrarily suspend or terminate the release of the album within the period specified in the contract.
